The Vintage Malt Whisky Company have added to their award-winning family of single malts with Islay Storm and Smokestack, both designed by Craig Mackinlay of Breeze Creative.

Islay Storm, a single malt from a mystery distillery in Islay, is presented in a box featuring Carraig Fhada lighthouse in Port Ellen. Four images were merged together and retouched by Mackinlay to create the dramatic storm imagery on the packaging.

Islay Storm won a ‘Silver – Outstanding’ award at the 2017 IWSC.

Smokestack is a richly peated blended malt of premium casks from Islay and the Islands. At around 30ppm of phenol, this dram hits like a runaway train, hence the graphic used by Mackinlay to bring this whisky to life.
