With extensive ‘Big Agency’ experience working on a plethora of Blue Chip clients, Craig Mackinlay launched Breeze Creative in 2004. He wanted to offer a really personal, tailored service to his clients (whether big or small) so they would enjoy the benefits of improved communication and effectiveness. In large agencies, jobs are often shared amongst a team meaning that brand power can become diluted as individuals have their input. At Breeze Creative, you work directly with Craig, ensuring you always get the highest standard of creativity and attention to detail.
Craig has many international awards, particularly for brand development and packaging design, demonstrating his ability to come up with truly effective and impactful design solutions. His clients have something really special to offer the marketplace and they choose Craig for his ability to convey their unique qualities through a variety of media.
Suffice to say that Breeze Creative (ie Craig!) is currently the Icons of Whisky Design Agency of the Year 2020. Craig has also won 5 Graphis Gold Awards for packaging design, establishing him as one of the highest graded talents globally (modesty doesn’t wash here – being a small agency means he has to shout from the rooftops!). He was also voted “100 Best in Design 2012” by Graphis* which is the design industry’s equivalent to the Oscars, featuring work from over 22 countries.
Craig will be the first to tell you though that awards are nice but for him it’s about design that delivers to the bottom line and his track record proves this. As you browse the website though, you’ll notice he’s rather good at helping his clients win prestigious international awards too which makes them very happy (and makes them lots of money)!
* The first issue of Graphis was published way back in 1944. It is circulated across the world, and has earned the respect of the GLOBAL art community with work selected from professionals who are the best in the business. Today, it continues to be a distinction for photographers, designers, art directors, illustrators and product designers to be included.
